Freescan: FreeScan error

I have always used freescan and i keep getting an error "error retrieving from radiorefence" is freescan nogood anymore?

ive gotten those .....sometimes yoou have to close and restart....sometimes its a PC issue....sometimes its an internet issue....kinda got to work it out...try to remove and reinstall freescan.....works with my BCD396xt.....

Just tried it myself and it worked flawlessly still. Do the usual... restart, reinstall, re-enter your login information.
