When Freescan first comes on the screen, there are little messages on the left side of the screen. Sort of like the Burma Shave signs that used to be on the highways. Really dating myself here but is there a way to read all the signs, or be able to hold the screen to read the sign before Freescan goes to a "okey what do you want to do mode"

The easiest way to see it if its flashing by too fast is to run it a slower computer. It will take longer to load, and thus more time available to read. If that is not practical, if your computer has a "Turbo" button you can turn it off which slows the machine down a bit. You could also see them in the about screen.

YES, I have thought about that. Turbo is turned off, the slower computers are broke

One with turbo to me means its a real old pc, windows version 3 days or maybe windows 95. Freescan wont run on them anyways. Windows 2000, XP and up only will it work. Last few versions wont run on 2000 due to .net limitations on 2000. Only up to version 2.11.
