Currently only Sentinel and ARC536 are the only programs for programming/customizing the 436 and 536 scanners.

Has anyone figured out a way to export Freescan files to BCD536HP-compatible application?

Even if it is a matter of importing the current programming from my BCD396XT into an application that is compatible with the BCD536HP that would be fine.

As you might have guessed, I would like to use my existing programming, with short codes etc. on the BCD536HP or BCD436HP.

Thanks in advance

Somewhere in these forums there is a link to an Excel spreadsheet that will transform your Freescan setup to Sentinel format. You copy the data from Freescan and paste it to the spreadsheet. Then paste into Sentinel. This spreadsheet works great!

Here's a thread with a link to a spreadsheet for talkgroups: http://forums.radioreference.com/uniden-thread-archives/279556-freescan-sentinel-talkgroup-list-converter.html
