Freescan will not connect to RR

Hi.

I am trying to import from RR from Freescan, but I keep getting an error message telling me that I either have the wrong username, password or am not connected to the internet.

Obviously, I can connect since I'm writing this post, so it has to be the username or password? Are they the same as my RR ones? If so, then there must be some other issue since those are the ones that I am putting into Freescan and trying to connect with.

Yes

Make sure you have the latest version of FS, and obviously watch out for caps.
