I don't see it on Radio Reference.

Technically it IS on Radioreference...there are numerous mentions of Freescan with links to it in the Radioreference wikis, particularly this one. But you'd have to know where to look. Nice part about the wiki is that anyone can edit it. Therefore I modified all hyperlinks which previously pointed to the old site to now point to the current site Doc mentioned. You're welcome
