Where can I download FreeScan on the RadioReferences site?

FreeScan has nothing to do with RadioReference.

It uses the data shown on RR.

Just for some additional clarification, the first link posted by doctordialtone is the Sixspot Software homepage (the original author of FreeSCAN), and has version 2.18 of FreeSCAN available for download. The second link posted by N1GAW is my GitHub repository, and I have made version 2.19 available for download. I am hosting the FreeSCAN source code for archival purposes (I gave up any efforts to keep development active on it) and I found version 2.19, which the original author had created but never officially released.

The 2.19 version does allow for entering a color code for conventional DMR frequencies. However, it is not allowing me to log in to import conventional frequencies from RadioReference. I get a message 'error retrieving data'. However, trunked system import allows logging in & downloading selected data normally. The last version that was in Sixspot's forum, 2.19-beta1, does work correctly for both conventional and trunked system imports from RadioReference, but does not have any provision for DMR color codes on conventional DMR frequencies. None of the versions allow entry of color codes on DMR trunked systems.

My GitHub page also has the latest stable version of FreeSCAN available for download (2.18 - same version as what is on the Sixspot Software site). I'm keeping my forked repository available because the original author has been radio silent for many years, and I want to provide a back up should his site ever go dark. Either way, I would discourage the use of FreeSCAN in general. It is using .NET framework versions that are no longer supported by Microsoft, has known security issues, and hasn't been actively maintained in over 5 years. Use at your own risk, no guarantees, no support provided.

Just a clarification. If you have Freescan and also have a premium subscription to Radioreference you can download systems into Freescan from Radioreference. Saves lots of data entry. You can always modify the data after it is uploaded to Freescan.
