Looks like this was just put up a few months ago. It is something I have been looking for for a long time now so I can add the fire districts onto my wall map.

City of Fremont Official Website - Maps

"Fire Station Location Map"

I have also edited it to add in the Fremont PD Zone map.

Heres a link:

And if anyone is curious, here is a look at my updated wall map. Complete with Fremont PD zones, fire dept stations and districts, Paramedics Plus post locations, and ALCO battalion chief assignments.

There is not going to be a list of callsigns assigned to each officer, as it can change day to day.

Here is their ID scheme though...

First # is what zone they are assigned to (1, 2, 3). Zone 1 is central fremont and Niles area. Zone 2 is pretty much the North end, from about Mowry ave and up.Zone 3 is the South end, from about Stevenson & Blacow & Washington blvd and South of that. Here is an actual Zone map if you would like it. http://www.fremontpolice.org/DocumentCenter/Home/View/38

Second is usually a letter (O, X, A, D, S, L) If I remember correctly, O is overnight, X is swing shift, and A is day shift....I may have that mixed up though, so feel free to correct me if anyone else is reading this...D is for detectives, and S is for sergeants while L is for Lieutenants.

Last #s are an officer specific identifier.

Thanks Oakland!!! I have never heard of Q units tho....There is the also R units like 8R14, or 7R15..Those are usually units that are out looking for DUIs and are paired up officers.

Thanks for the info mibzzer15 & Oakland_Tower!! ...mibzzer15, your "first" & "second" were exactly what I was looking for...general radio designator info. Don't need to know specific officer assignments. Thanks again.

The one of Fremont I found at Walmart, then I got it laminated at Kinkos....If you are a AAA member, you can get them for free though if you visit their business.
