DSDPlus Freq change by itself on v2p228 & v2p235

Hello,
I notice there is a new Cap+ System and I put the freq and so info into the DSDPlus.Freq section and I put this Cap+, 0, 1, 0, 461.4875, 0.0, 0 Now when I put that into the FMP24 and it switches to 463.550 automatic and not able to hold on to the freq 461.4875.... The Uniden 1/200 will hold on to it no problem is this a bug on DSDPlus v2p228 & v2p235 ?

I decide to try take out freq 463.550 and now some reason 461.4875 is holding on instead going straight to 463.550. Possible cause bot freq use the same sites?

You used a network ID of zero and an LSN of zero, both of which are invalid. Notes.txt describes how to set up Cap+ trunking, but you're not following it.

Some reason network ID is 0 on most trunk systems here. LSN was zero cause I didn't know the LSN/LCN order. After 5 mints of running the new cap+ system I was able to get all 3 freq LSN and Site.

"Some reason" is that Cap+ systems don't broadcast a network ID...

All Cap+ system(s) in my area don't broadcast the Network ID. Just gives Site & LCN/LSN. Bay County, Florida (FL) Scanner Frequencies and Radio Frequency Reference
