does eagle med use the same freq in Norman, 855 4625. I saw them land at the hospital.

are you talking about the eagle med out of perry? because if so i would say most likely yes. Because I know i flew with tulsa life flight once down to ou med center and after we went out of radio range they shifted contact with the dispatch to a cell phone.
