freq skip to OK

Hey everyone!- There is a Law Enforcement skip on Freq. 154.650 onto the Osage County Sheriff repeater in NW OK. It seems to be located around the Kimberling City Area. The FCC search database shows Stone County to own that Freq. Can anyone confirm who it is? -Thanks
