Freq updates by email

Not sure if this is where I need to post this question, but is there anyway/anywhere to sign up for daily or weekly frequency updates? I have been out of the hobby for a few years, and I recall that National Comm magazine used to publish updates (new freqs, etc). Can this info be obtained online anywhere - also can you specify a state? I am really only interested in changes in North & South Carolina. Thanks.

I think this is what you want: http://freqofnature.net:8080/grants/index.php I check this once a week. I think there is a way to get email versions of this, because I've seen some posting that contain what looks like a weekly dump, but I don't know how to sign up.
