Hi, I am new to this forum & I was wondering if any of you know where I can get the Highway patrol & police & fire Dept. Freqs for North Myrtle Beach & Myrtle Beach. I am disabled & I just want these for home use. I do not use a scanner in a car. Thanks for all of your time & be safe. If someone could help me, please email me at (tkaar@sc.rr.com)

Firstly, you must have a trunking capable scanner as all the action is on the following trunked systems there:

Myrtle Beach TRS
North Myrtle Beach TRS
Palmetto 800 TRS

Ok first your talking about the horry county area and here is some info. County fire, ems and myrtle beach fire all dispatch off vhf for tone outs

154.400 HCFR
155.295 HCEMS
154.220 MBFR

As far as north myrtle they have thier own trunking system and can find it in this website.

Myrtle beach fire also operates off 800 trunking system of their own and again off this website.

Horry county also operates off their own trunking system, as far as schp they operate off the palmetto system.

If you need more info please drop me a line.
