Frequencies for the Lincoln Area? (Central Penobscot county)

Just got back into scanning again after a few years. Surprisingly, everything around my area is still analog for the most part!

I'm in Old Town, and can't seem to pick anything up from the Lincoln region. Other than Police activity on the Sheriff frequency, (155.490) And Fire/EMS activity on the PRCC frequency, (153.740)

I never pick up anything on the old primary frequency for Lincoln PD + Fire like I used to. (153.800) Though it may be my location, or antenna quality.
For those in or around the Lincoln area, is this an inactive frequency? Have they since switched over to the Sheriff frequency for PD primary?
Am also interested in any Public Works frequencies for the area as well. (Lincoln was my hometown years ago, long before I got into the hobby of scanning. So it would be great to hear some more stuff from that region if possible.)

Might want to check the database for Maine. I think there's been some changes over the last few years.
Also the state agencies are on the P25 digital system. What model scanner are you using?
I'm currently using an old Radio Shack Pro-2052. It only receives analog signals. I never upgraded to a newer digital one since the usual PD and Fire/EMS agencies that I normally listen to like Bangor, Old Town, and Penobscot Sheriffs are still all analog (for the time being.)

Just looked at the data base again. Only change I see in the analog is there are few more county repeaters with CTCSS tones.
Otherwise no other chances. I think the Pro-2052 has CTCSS/DCS capability. I notice that there is a DMR repeater for an Ambulance Service
in Penobscot County.
Perhaps someone closer might have more insight than I can give.

Lincoln Fire and Ambo are on PRCC Comm 2 no tones. Tones are used on their tower receiver side to filter their repeater. All PRCC freqs need to be open. its odd but its how it works.
