When you put this trunked system in your scanner do you put the frequencies that are in red blue or black.

I don't know anything about your scanner, but on mine ( RS 2052 ), I would enter all of them.

I would hope that you would enter in both red and blue freqs :D
Red Frequencies= Primary Control Channels
Blue Frequencies= Alternate Control Channels
Maybe if you let us know what type of scanner you are using we can be of more assistance...some newer Trunktrackers allow you to just enter the Control Channel frequencies (ie the "red/blue frequencies) and you are able to follow the system...other older Trunktrackers require you to enter all of the site frequencies to be able to track the system...
Hope this helps!

[/b]I have Uniden BCT 8.

BTW: Welcome to Radio Reference.com UnidenBC80xlt! Good to have you join us! If I remember correctly the Uniden BC8T does not do Control Channel Only trunking so you will need to program all of the frequencies listed for the site you want to monitor...let me know if you need further assistance or have further questions!
Happy Monitoring!
