Frequencies in my Area(OH,KY,WVa)

Hello,
I stumbled across this frequency 157.1000 today. Looking around RR database I found out its a marine channel, I live in Tri-state area Ohio, Kentucky and WVa...Ohio side, 10 mins from South Point. Ok, what should I listening to/for in my area. The frequency above gives reports for the Ohio River, is there any else I should be looking for as far as Frequencies go? Thanks for listening
