Frequencies with different PL codes

I am listening to 155.115 with a PL of 127.3. I am unable to find it in the RR NC DB. It is a weak station with 1 bar. I have even looked in the VA DB. Ideas? It sounds like FD/EMS with tone out codes, etc.. Guilford Co should be on that frequency with no PL code.

This search shows a couple of possibilities, one in Georgia and one in Kentucky.

BTW, if you scroll down to the end of the states in the frequency search, there's an option to search the entire database.

Actually it is Guilford County, they started running the 127.3 PL a while back.

While on the subject, I have another one with a big question. 155,775 sound like DMR but nothing makes sense in the DB. Ideas??
