These are talkgroups - think users - on the system, not the frequencies. Except for one or two of these, a talkgroup will wander from freq to freq as the controller sees fit.

I would strongly suggest reading up on trunking concepts first - read the overview section of the following (note that anything in blue or underlined is a link...)

I don't have a PRO-94 but I have programmed 2 of them by hand - they are very simple to program, actually. The AA system would be set up as a 'E2-800' as the 94 would call it.

The manual is pretty decent about layout out how to program a simple Moto system like this one. Note however that any talkgroup with a D or E in the mode column cannot be received by the 94. Basically the steps involve selecting a bank to program, selecting the type (E2-800), then entering all the frequencies as shown in the entry above. The older scanners benefit some if all the control channels (those in red or blue) are entered first. When all the freqs are entered you can begin searching - if you start seeing talkgroups like those in the listing, you are halfway home. Press 'hold' or 'manual' (I've forgotten which, frankly, but the manual will tell you); the screen blanks out and you enter the talkgroups one at a time. You will not be able to put everything into the 94, so you will need to pick and choose which you want to really hear. Once you're done, putting the scanner into ID Scan will only scan for those talkgroups you have entered.
