They are all in the RadioReference database. Just click on the Database tab above, click on Illinois then McDonough County.

Be aware that many of the PD frequencies around McDonough County are digital (DMR) and some are encrypted. You'll need to have a digital scanner (and probably an extra cost DMR upgrade) to pick those that are not encrypted up. If they're encrypted then there's no scanner available that will pick them up.

Also note that if the tag column indicates "Deprecated", it's an entry for an old frequency that may no longer be used or it's only used as a backup that's rarely active.

You may also want to make sure that you included the statewide digital trunking system STARCOM21 (
STARCOM21 Statewide Illinois Trunking System, Statewide, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies), especially the Macomb site (RFSS 2, Site 24) that has ISP District 14 - Macomb. Be aware that this system is P-25 digital (some talkgroups may be or move to P-25 Phase II) so a higher end and newer scanner will be needed. Probably will need that for the DMR capability anyway so this may not be much of an issue.

Unless you're in Macomb, everyone in the county (Blandinsville, Colchester, Bushnell) is on the sheriff's DMR repeater now. Macomb is on its own DMR repeater, WIU OPS has their own DMR repeater. The only encryption as of the last time I was there was on the tactical repeater/talkgroups, they took the encryption off Macomb and OPS when the county switched over a couple years ago.
