Frequency change- Clearwater Police

Good Afternoon. I have an SDS 100 scanner and listen to pinellas county Florida. Just recently I’ve noticed I haven’t received any transmissions for the Clearwater police department. I know some of the channels are encrypted, but I used to receive the dispatch channels. Are they now totally encrypted or did they move to a different system and frequencies . Thanks !
