Frequency change or did Monterey go encrypted?

Does anyone know if there's a different frequency now for Monterey County? I was able to listen on my digital scanner and now it has gone silent. It's happened before and was fixed with updates. But there's no updates up on here....

I did check those. I'm talking about all of Monterey County. I'm not able to listen to anything at all.
Happened before where I wasn't able to listen for a week until there was an update.
Now it's been a little over a week and nothing at all.
