frequency database software

I have several notebooks laying around with frequencies scribbled in them several text files on the computer and now the local list of frequencies from the database here on RR. I keep finding I have doubles or one freq is unknown over there while it was id'ed on that list. Its just geting really confusing. I would like to combine all of this mess into one database.

So how do you organize all of your frequencies?

While I too use Excel, it is limited to 65535 records. I'm a little less than half full, but just wanted to mention that it is a limitation. dBase or ACCESS are excellent databases. I have to use those when dealing with larger files such as the FCC database.
