just FYI but I have seen smaller organizations (public and private) move to those "nextel-like" LTE walkie talkies, which use (duh...) the LTE cell network

Another angle would be is to first go to the Purchasing Department and do the FOIA request on what kind of radios/communication equipment or services have they purchased in the last 5 years. If they aren't buying it, they aren't using it and shouldn't put you on any radar.

get us a pic of the radios , buy a cheap freq counter. since u have a friend in dpw take the freq counter and have him key up a radio and boom there she blows .

i bought this one few years ago. Does analog and DMR. Works good, never had issue. I used it to get frequencies of some radios we used at a school.
