frequency for Sterling Heights police dispatch

I'm new to this and I'm having a problem coming up with the Sterling Heights police dispatch. Appreciate

They are on the Statewide system ..MPSCS.. All the info for that is in the database here for our State all the freqs and talkgroups are in there .If you are in Sterling Hgts you want use the MPSCS #213 Macomb Tower 868.9875MHz .you will need a Scanner that can receive Digital mode. What Scanner do you have someone can help you program it to that system
