I have a copy and it was last published in 1995 or 1996. For most metropolitan areas the information is most likely way out of date. It consists of about 1100 pages and was nice in its day but that time is way gone by.
Yes, it is the 3rd ed. There is a lot for Alabama but as I said before it may be way out of date. Even Police Call 2005 edition may be more up to date. It is possible that Scanner Master, the publisher may have some copies left over. Check them out at www.scannermaster.com
