Frequency help identification

Could anyone tell me what this frequency is in NJ 462.600
I hear people talking early in the morning and late at night but can’t determine who or where they are.
Comes in clear as a bell. No out door antenna.

It could be anybody.

462.600 is designated as a repeater output.. You most likely have a repeater somewhere near you.
