Frequency help!

I know here in Union County, NJ, all I've heard on that frequency is some kind of Taxi Service in NYC using an illegal amount of power. So, if you live anywhere close the the NYC area, that's most likely what you're hearing. Otherwise, check the FCC database because there's over 18 pages of licenses for the state of NJ alone on that frequency. It's one of those frequencies that just about anyone can use as long as they transmit using very low power.

Thanks guys, I hear people speaking Spanish on there and than I hear what sounds like something to do with a building complex like a guard or a maintenance crew, I guess it can be any one of those but I hear it vary well in Wayne and I do not think its a taxi from NYC though, I have to strain to hear NYC frequencies here in the valley.
