Does anyone know what 154.455 is? On East Coast Scanning, it has 154.4525 listed as a V-Tac Interop Channel licensed to WAU718 in Orange County, and also to "404" (Wallkill PD dispatch in Orange County) but the transmissions I am hearing make me doubt this.

It appears to be a fire alterting/dispatch channel for a paid department (as they page stations, and pages are answered immediatley that units are responding from stations.)

Locations I've heard include "Pennsylvania Avenue" and "Visitors Center". Dispatch is called "Comm Center" and stations are "Station 32" and "32-2 (presumably a chief).

154.445 (PL 173.8) WNHQ590 Pike County PA Fire Dispatch

Station 32 is Matamoras Fire just overthe State line and there is a Pennsylvania Ave there.

You are definitely hearing Pike County, PA FD/EMS dispatch. They have a 3 site simulcast repeater system, with one of the towers along I84 in Greenville just south of Port Jervis. Pretty strong signal they put out. Volunteer, not paid.
