Those are Wilson/RELM radio tone codes, they must be converted to CTCSS and then programmed. Do a search on RELM MVP32 programing and codes and it will give you the CTCSS codes. Or just use the ones off of RR which are correct.

Question Radio Reference updated Jackson County today I guess. I just noticed it. It there a way anybody can tell me what order this go in. I gues my question is where it says type BM means Base to mobile, is it meaning the transmit frequency is the same as the recieve frequency and also what order does the CTCSS tones go. Are they 000 for No Tone then the CTCSS tone or CTCSS tone and then 000 for No Tone or enter both the CTCSS tone for both transmit and recieve. I also would like to know if Jackson County does have a talkaround channels for both fire and EMS.

Put in the Receive frequencies, that is all you need for Jackson co, in fact you don't even need the CTCSS tones to listen.
Now if you are trying to program a potable radio, I suggest contacting a local radio dealer, Deputy Electronics or Owens communications.

And the chief official of departments will have the necessary information.

But for scanners all you need is the receive frequencies.
