SDR# Frequency Manager causes an unhandled exception error

I installed SDRSharp version 1732 on a new PC. I also installed Jeff Knapp's Frequency Manager plugin. Whenever I attempt to click on and use the FM plugin, it causes an "unhandled exception" error message. This then usually causes SDR# to freeze and crash. I am using an Airspy R2 as the tuner.

I tried that; it didn't make any difference. I ended up deleting everything, and installing the "unskinned" version from here:
