I am looking for the frequency of the Riley Street Sweeping Trucks. This is the company that cleans the streets in Strongsville, Ohio.
Thank you.

I haven't seen them...are they independent or operated by the city? If they're operated by the city, they're probably on the Strongsville Service system...

I don't know for sure, though...

They might be on an SMR TRS. The best place to start is by examining the length of the antennas on the sweepers, and determine from that measurement what band they may be operating on. This will give you the best clue as to where you should start searching at. However, if they have a license under the own name, then it should be easy to find them in the FCC Database.

 The name of the company is Riely or Riley, or Reily Sweeping, Inc.. Well now-a-days, one never knows. They could be on an S.M.R.? I did NOT know that we had any S.M.R.s in Northeast Ohio. They could use their own frequency. So any way. I tried to look up the company as
Riley in the Licensee/State database and got not listed in the database.
When I tried Riely or Reily I got O(Zero) matches.

Maybe they are on an L.T.R. frequency or use a Convetional frequency licensened to somebody else.
I sure do appreciate the help. Maybe you two could come up with something that I; could NOT think of.
THANK YOU.

I don't think they have radios in their trucks. They probably use NexTels or cell phones if they REALLY need to get ahold of one of the operators.

They are based out of Walton Hills.
