I am beginning to use the CHIRP software and am confused by the "memories" entries ...

I am trying to input this repeater spec:

TX 467.5000, RX 462.5000, PL TX 127.3, PL RX None

(which makes perfect sense to me ...)

However, in the CHIRP "memories" interface, there is only a single entry for "frequency" ... I cannot input a TX freq and a RX freq independently ...

What am I missing here ?

Thanks.

Most bandplans use a specific offset. In your case you enter the RX frequency then it will ask for positive offset you make sure it has +5 MHz. It should work then.

Yes look to the right of the frequency and you
will see "Offset" column. Set how much your offset
should be. In the Duplex" column, set your shift to + or -

In your case, for the repeater
Program the repeater's output frequency in the Frequency column 462.500
Then set your offset to 5.00000 in the Offset column (Now you will transmit on 467.500)
Then set the shift to + in the Duplex column (462.500 + 5.000 = 467.500)
