Had an overnight stay in Boise on Friday.
Apparently, the change from IIMARS to ICAWIN involved more than just the name. None of the CC's listed in the RR DB were active in the Boise area. I searched and found these: (Frequency, System, Site)
765.834375, 18B, 003
765.831250, 18B, 003
765.837500, 18B, 003
773.743750, 18B, 006
773.746875, 18B, 006
773.750000, 18B, 006
Now if you look in th DB, there are no sites 003 or 006 listed. Also, none of these freqs are listed as CC's or Alt CC's for System 18B.
Conclusion: this trunked system has undergone some major changes.
Locals and those of us traveling through the coverage areas need to provide updates to the RR DB.

Let me see if I can provide some clarification. Although I am not in Boise, I do monitor the eastern side of the ICAWIN system. It was a name change only in changing from IIMARS.

I assume you were using a PSR500 or a Pro106 when you got this data. GRE scanners for some reason do not read the site number completely, as site 003 is really site 103 (Ada County System) and site 006 is really site 106(Canyon County System). Using software such as Pro96Com gives the complete, and I believe correct site numbers. This is the case system wide and not just in Boise.

So Sites 103 and 106 are currently listed in the RR database and 773.74375 is listed as the cc for site 106. The cc may have changed for site 103, but 765.83125 is listed as one of the frequencies for site 103. Based on your info I will input this frequency as an alt cc.

This system actually uses the frequencies based on 12.5kHz center frequencies such as 773.74375(channel 599) and 765.83125(channel 293). I have found when searching for cc with GRE scanners they will also pick up a cc for the frequencies based on 25kHz centers, such as the one you found 765.83750(ch 293). 773.75000 is not a real freq with an assigned channel number. The other cc freqs you found are based on 6.25kHz centers - 765.834375(ch 294) and 773.746875(ch 600). So even though it appeared that you had found six controls, I'm quite sure you really only found two - one of which was already in the RR DB and one which need to be added as an alternate cc.

I hope this clarifies the issues you brought up.

Thanks. I admit that I am inexperienced with p25 systems. My main experience is with UCAN in Utah, (Motorola 800), Air Force (Motorola UHF w/digital voice) and Umatilla Co OR (Motorola UHF 6.25).
I wasn't sure if the PSR500 was reading the sites correctly. I just posted my findings and waited to see if someone would provide clarification.
