frequency unkown, help me idenfify it please

hey today bout 6pm est i heard on my pro 96 and on the freq 151.4825some
i heard the followin on there , i heard the one of the units say 9611 and 1262 richmond, i think this is like VSP(virginia state police) stars or smthin at the top of my scanner it says Dg, when it scans too, can someone email me if u kno who this is plz, it is navybrother1@hotmail.com,, and is there more frequencies to this please let me kno thanks so much for your time

That is one of the STARS frequencies.

a very simple search in the RR DB can do marvelous things...

yes, it appears to be VA STARS. I don't have a PRO-96, but I would guess the DG stands for digital.
