I'm sure that they come up on ANY freq. as requested. A lot of times they will use FERN for doing a LZ. FERN 1 - 2 - 3 = 154.280 / 154.265 / 154.295.

Are you refering to PHI- Air Evac Medical? If so, they use 159.9 186.2

There will be one lifeline at Terre Haute's Union Hospital, and an air evac lifeteam helo at Terre Haute Regional... I did this story for the TV Station I work at.... Great medical helo coverage for the wabash valley.

I have both of them programmed in and the 16000 seems to be the only one I heard transmissions from and even then, its not that often. Normally just when they take off or are about to land at the hosptial.
