Fresno City Police "Code 10" ?

Heard PD in Fresno recently referring to a "Code Ten" on a channel. listened, but didn't hear any further references.
Anyone know what this is? "Code 11" I think is a SWAT call.

I've heard Code 10 used by several Nor Cal agencies to mean a bomb threat

It can also mean "cancel"(for Sac City) where Code 10 a perimeter = cancel the perimeter. First thing that came to mind for me, but doesn't necessarily mean that for Fresno.

They used it in the context of "All units stay off Channel xx until further notice for the Code ten." or similar wording.

In Napa County, Code 10 means there is no cover unit available.

In Napa County, Code 10 means there is no cover unit available.

And in the next county over, Sonoma, Code 10 is a bomb threat. Another good reason for switching to clear text messages instead of having the same code mean two different things in adjacent counties.
