Well there was some interesting action on the NNS system today.
There was a serious accident inside the M&M during rush hour. Had traffic stopped both ways. Didn't hear the full story, but there was one report that a tow truck towing a car got its tow cable twisted around the gas tank of the towed vehicle. This was INSIDE the tunnel.
Not sure when they got things going again, but VSP and local police were turning cars around on both sides of the tunnel. I would have reported this earlier, but I was out on the road (fortunately not on 664).
Anyone else catch the action?
