When in the stadium area using a full size rubber duck is a problem for my 250 and 396 due to RF de-sense from the 800Mhz band transmitters down there and you will likely get sporadic traffic at best.
Use a small stub antenna or no antenna.
As for showing "courtroom cam" for 7th inning stretch, sounds fun but we don't have a court at The Park. Just a door out to the PPD Van or car.
At the Linc, If you could get someone to sponsor it (Court cam brought to you by Quick bail bonds of Phila))

They discontinued the "Eagles Court" a few years ago. The Philadelphia Municipal Court judge who was presiding over it (Seamus McCaffery) is now a justice of the Pennsylvania Supreme Court.
