FRS/GMRS/MURS Frequencies

I'm looking for the latest updated list of Family Radio and business band frequencies used nationwide and any Blue Dot, Red Dot, etc. naming references. I'd like input/output channels. I've looked here on RR and may have missed them but didn't find them. I've got room in my BC796D and would like to fill it up. Any help would be appreciated. You can point me to another website if you know of one.

Doesn't the 796D have a service search specifically for the FRS/GMRS/MURS ranges? I thought it did, unless you want to purposely program the freqs into channels so you can scan them while scanning other systems you monitor.
