There is FCC Data On the Licenses page about Frequncies Register for UCAN for Fruitland/Duchesne County on Tabby Mountain. Since its too Far North I Cant Monitor it Personally, Has Anyone Investigated this as a Possible Active Site? Also in Addition to this i heard Ucan Engineers on 4096 Talking about the 400 MHZ link on tabby as well, this would be 453.3875/458.3875 Frequency which is Registered with Ucan. There is also a 3rd License Registered to UCAN for Duchesne County as well. I will Paste it below:...

Anyone who can hear or hit Tabby Mountain search the 800Mhz frequencies if u hear a keyup once per minutes that frequency is a Motorola active frequency. Anyone in the Uintah Basin or in Wasatch county near highway 40 see if u can hear any active 800 Mhz control channels. I don't know when I will get to go that direction.

What does UCAN do on 400Mhz? I was not aware they used any of those freqs. Are they used just for a point-to-point from one tower to another?

I have no way to get a site id. I am using an old radio shack pro 2050 that is used only to monitor UHF & a couple of the standalone 800 repeaters. Mainly use a Yaesu ft-2800 since my main interest is amateur radio but still have to monitor public safety. that is how i got into the hobby and was involved with SAR for 13 years so it is in my blood.
