Not sure if this is elsewhere, but if you have an Ipod touch, or a Iphone, you may want to look at the FREE application in the app store of "Fstream".

Its an ap for those two units that have numerous scanner streams - available either 3g or wifi.

Pretty cool, and FREE!

(I have nothing to do with the Fstream folks, just use their app)

Finally - a streaming app for the iPhone that you can put your own streaming site into - with out having to pay!

Best of all - it pulls the titles right off my mp3 stream and displays them on the iPhone...

Excellent! Thanks for the post!

There are a few free apps available. Another one is Flycast. I have tried several of the free applications that are available but find that I always go back to Tuner. The free applications are ok but for some reason for me they don't stay connected for more than fifteen minutes or so before it drops the feed and I need to reconnect. With Tuner I can listen for hours and not have any problem staying connected.

After giving FStream another try I must admit it works much better than the other free programs available. Very easy to tune in to shoutcast, iTunes radio and SourceMac feeds. Plus, as previously stated, you can add your own. Impressive.

I just purchased an iPhone 3G today. I noticed that when I tried to download Fstream from the App Store it told me that it was not compatible. This was when running firmware 2.1. 2.2 was available so I updated the phone, and Fstream then ran fine. Neat application but this is something to keep in mind, or it was an issue in my case anyway.
