FT-1900 In a Strange Mode after mod

I removed all the solder jumpers on the front panel for the mars/mod and now the display reads B0001 in the memory mode and half the keys do not work after i reset the CPu and it's afu. I reset the set (menu) mode to get the vfo keys working but I can't read the display frequencies. They appear in a hex format or something... and the vfo step is 10khz and I cant change that either. I have it working with the stored memories with the g4hfq software and name mode but the vfo mode is odd...and the frequencies are displayed a0001 or b0010 and the like. It there another reset for this or a jumper?

You only remove the third jumper. The other two are already open. Press and hold DW/REV and A/N and MW and switch on the radio, then press D/MR.

Tried something else and ti worked

I had to push the SET/MHZ key and turned on and it reset display back alsong with resetting the memory mode... strange.
