U just got FT-1D (i'm not sure if it is E or R but i believe it's E since i got it from somebody in Italy)
For some strange reason, Yaesu is so horrible with the docs.
I had to guess how to check firmware version and so on.
For some reason, my formware was 1.05 i think and i found newer one to upgrade at USA web page.
I tried both version, [FT1D_ver200(USA).zip] and [FT1D_ver200(EXP).zip], of course first i tried [FT1D_ver200(EXP).zip]
I followed instructions but at the end, i got on my radio "FIRM ERROR"
Is there any simple way to fix that issue?
What should i do now?
