Does anyone know what band plan I set in the BCT-15 for the FT. BLISS System. I am setting it up as shown here on the site using: 406.1125 12.5 380 respectively but when I go into edit the site and go into band plan it want to know BAND PLAN I, II, or III. I've tried all to no avail. I dont think they went difital yet as EL PASO POLICE have not. I don't get anything at all. Thanks for any info you may have.

But, the BCT-15 will not decode digital- which Ft. Bliss is. You'll notice the link above states the system voice as APCO-25 which is digital. The El Paso system has both analog and APCO (digi) capabilities. That's why the BCT-15 will monitor those analog transmissions on their Smartzone system but cannot on the Ft. Bliss system, because those are all digital with no analog.
