I was just wondering why I am not hitting Ft. Collins PD any more? I hit Pourde Valley Fire and CSU Police. Just wondering if Ft. Collins P.D. use computers more now instead of their radios?

Business as usual here, maybe check your scanner configuration.
They are about the quietest LE around, due to most of their calls going over MDT. Been that way for years.

FCPD dispatching
A lot of the calls get posted on the MDT system which is carried as data over communications frequencies that are part of the Verizon network. Most of that stuff you would get bored hearing if it was on the radio anyway. It does get active each night (midnight to 3 am) especially on weekends as the more urgent incidents are usually dispatched and worked on the radio frequencies (the MDT system is not well suited to urgent response requirements).
