Ft. Collins severe thunderstorm

Severe Thunderstorm moving thru Ft. Collins area with severe cloud to cloud and cloud to ground lightning.
PFA responding to several calls of grass fires.
PFA and Larimer County SAR responding to rafters in trouble on the Poudre River due to the the heavy rainfall, some street flooding in several areas.
In the Poudre Canyon Hwy 14 with mudslides at Mile Marker 115.
Storm is moving south so Loveland will be next!

PFA and Loveland fire departments are calling in personnel to help out with calls.
I.E. downed tree limbs, downed power lines, lightning strikes, street flooding.

Updates as I hear them.

I've got some great pics from the Carr area looking into the storm. When I went thru them in sequence, you could see the cloud build up and actual storm rotation as a wall cloud looked like it was developing than disapated east of I25 towards the Greely area.

I was up the Poudre Canyon today.

They cleared the mudslide but the road is not yet fit for motorcycles because when the clear the road they use a front loader which leaves a LOT of dirt & mud behind.

Many mudslides in the future for the burn area.
