Federal prison FT Dix just received a package in their mail-room containing a powdery substance. Several exposed, Burlington County Hazmat "staging" until they confirm what it is.

You would think the hazmat team would be allowed in to test the substance instead of staging..

Turned out to be safe, but I do hope they took an inmate headcount.
Are they still using the TYPE II system at the prison? A number of BOP facilities have switched to P25.
Don't know.
