Anyone know anything about landmobile radios at Ft Knox? All I know is that when I was stationed there in 1971 they were vhf around 165mhz and the call sign was AAC600

I have not been stationed there but, most of the post I have been to are Motorola or EDACS TRS Systems. Sry I can be to much of a help. Might try scanning 380-420mhz and seeing if you detect any Control Channels.

They still use vhf low and high band. I hear the MP's on 165.087 all the time, program 165.085 in most scanners. Regular analog fm. Also try 38.90 and 38.80 low band for Ft. Knox range control. I am 35 miles from there hear them every day. Aircraft use 126.200 and 126.800.
On the UHF side try 412.875
