I think that link you provided Mike is supposed to be "Live" video but I'm hearing the firefighters say they've got the fire knocked while there are flames pouring out of the roof of the building.

That's the most likely scenario. ISTR reading a thread in another forum where some "live" audio feeds are delayed a few minutes. I know we're talking about a video feed here, but I'd think the same concept holds true.

It went to like 6 or 7 (Probably unoffically) alarms. Lot of people alot more apparatus and a long night. I myself spent 5 1/2 +/- Hours there.
Mutual Aid from Howard & PG On Scene as well as Queen Anne & Balt City Filling in.
