Have been hearing Fire units on HFR Code Red TGID 300, currently hearing a boat in distress call off of Dog Beach, units are Battalion 10,Ladder 23,Engine 22 and Medic 24. Sounds like Ft. Monroe Fire Dept
Fort Monroe ceased operation when the Army left the Fort a few years back. The station is used by army recruiting. Hampton PD has a field office there as well as the State Police.
