I've been hearing Ft Scott PD and Bourbon Co SD on 151.490, it's a DMR channel with CC 7 and TG 440592, the analog channel is still active and broadcasts the same traffic as the DMR. I have not found any info on this and was just curious whether anyone else might know.

FWIW I just submitted to the RR database 151.4225 to the 151.49 and 155.565 - Slot 1 cc5 - same weird TG! There are a few other freqs on the license, but I am not hearing them from Joplin. AND apparently NOT a trunked system.

If you are closer you might see if you hear 151.0925, 154.0925, and 154.1225. Odd

151.0925 is CC 13 and has the same talk group 440592, the input frequency is showing up as 154.805 on slot 1, this repeater, I believe is in the northwest part of the county. 154.1225 is showing up as the input frequency for another repeater, not sure of location, but the output frequency is 151.4225, and its CC 5 slot 1 and talk group 440592.
